Artist Potiguar residing in Holland, exhibits works of art in Monte das Gameleiras

The exhibition “COLOURED BRUSH – A look at the Dutch tulips” by Bernadete Claudino will be held next Friday, July 22 2016 at 4 pm in Pousada Pedra Grande, Monte das Gameleiras – RN.
Bernadete Claudino was born and lived in Serra de São Bento until she was 18 years old, in 2011 she emigrated to the Netherlands and spent more time painting. Based in that European country, she has been dedicated to portray the beauty of the Dutch landscapes, especially the flowers.
The event is composed of works capable of arousing emotions similar to those who have the privilege of visiting the country, famous for its “flower culture” all over the world. Around April, when the fields are full of flowers, she feels even more productive and classifies her work as the fruit of the attention dedicated to the image of nature.
In this exhibition, she presents a synthesis of the work done over the years, as a way of presenting a little of what it is of the energies she absorbs from the world and the environment in which she lives in her hometown. The event is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in art and also for those who would like to know a little more about Dutch culture.
